Here is a brief definition of the available meal plan types:
- Regular (no restrictions): this meal plan type contains a variety of foods including red meat, dairy and eggs
- No Red Meat: this meal plan type does not contain any red meat
- Vegetarian (lacto-ovo): this meal plan type does not contain any meat or fish but does include dairy and eggs
- No Dairy: this meal plan type excludes dairy products
Not sure what calorie level is right for you?
Here's what to do:
- To lose weight: find your calorie level using your Success Guide, Coach CD or the free profiler at Analysis Tool. Note: individual needs may vary so track your weight loss and adjust if necessary.
- To maintain your weight: find your calorie level using the Coach CD, free profiler at Analysis Tool or try increasing your calorie intake by 300 calories (ie. if you successfully lost weight on 1200 calories increase to 1500 calories). Note: individual needs may vary, so track your weight and adjust by 100-200 calories until your weight is stable.
- To Lose Weight Pick 1200, 1500, 1800, or 2100
- To Maintain Weight Pick 1500, 1800, 2100, or 2400
